Painting Expressive Florals
Second Session – Intermediate to Advanced
Using flowers as “live models”, Janet shares the thought processes that go into creating setups. Students may work from
either the live setups and/or from their own photographs. Janet will instruct the students in working with values, shape, size, color, rhythm and editing their composition. In addition, there will be demonstrations, personal and group critiques, and a slide program. Everyone will have ample time to create, experiment, paint and have fun. Students are asked to bring a painting, slide or digital image.
